Roles and Responsabilities
Partnering with the leadership of Elyria Globeville Swansea & Partners to help the organization fulfill its mission
•
Support the search for funds for the organization, either by sharing our organization or by bringing sponsors and donors interested in collaborating.
•
Attend a monthly meeting
•
Support the search for funds for the organization, either by sharing our organization or by bringing sponsors and donors interested in collaborating.
•
Provide honest and constructive criticism, advice and feedback.
•
Act as an ambassador and advocate for Elyria Globeville Swansea & Partners
Guide the long-term strategy for the growth and success of the organization.
•
Annually review and approve the financing plans of the organization.
•
Ensuring the financial sustainability of Elyria Globeville Swansea & Partners
•
Directors will make an annual visit to the programs
•
Directors will bring at least one new member to the Board of Directors during their term of service as long as there are vacancies on the Board
•
Each Director will give or receive a financial contribution to the organization each year
Directors will participate in fundraising for the organization by making individual, corporate and philanthropic foundation presentations
Listen to the needs and concerns of the communities we represent with love and compassion without judgment
